Spa Day Martini

• 2 oz Scratch Martini Style Gin
• 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 3 drops Addition Thai Green Chili Cocktail Spice
• 3 slices Cucumber
• 4 Cilantro leaves.

In a shaker muddle cilantro, two slices of cucumber, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add the gin and 2 drops of cocktail spice and shake briefly. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with 1-3 drops of cocktail spice and a slice of cucumber.

• 2 ounces J.P. Trodden Small Batch Bourbon
• 1 Orange Slice
• 1 Sugar cube
• 1 Dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish: 1 Moonshine or Jack Rudy Cocktail Co. cherry, 1 wide Orange Zest strip

In a cocktail glass muddle orange slice, sugar cube and dash of bitters.  Add 3 or 4 large ice cubes.  Pour in 2 ounces of J.P. Trodden Bourbon and stir.  Add Moonshine cherry.  Rim the glass with the Orange Zest and then add the zest for garnish.
