Snohomish County Farmers Markets
It’s like a magnet, the brilliant yellow daffodils, vibrant red peonies, and regal purple larkspur artfully arranged and displayed en masse by Hmong growers that have attracted me to the farmers market today One of these stunning arrangments will soon be mine, a reward for a good weeks work and a gift of self-care. That I can easily access such a bounty is a treat because I will also be rewarding myself with fresh berries, organic kale, and vegan bread, also gifts in self-care.

We’re lucky. Snohomish County has 12 farmers markets in operation this summer, each providing access to fresh, locally produced flowers, meat, cheese, bread and artisanal products. It’s time to reward yourself, too. Get to know these growers and makers by shopping at these local farmers markets and gift yourself food that was grown with devotion, and art made with love.
